Our Story

A Cut Above the Rest

Cleveland has never been short on places to grab a burger. What it was missing was a place that treats one like it matters.

Headrick's is founder Cody Headrick’s answer to that. He opened the doors in downtown Cleveland in 2025 with his family beside him and one simple standard: source the best, make it from scratch and send out nothing he wouldn’t put on his own table.

Locally raised beef. Made fresh in house. Cooked to order, every single time.

Beef worth bragging about

The beef comes from H&H Farms right here in Tennessee. It is ground for our patties and cooked to order, never frozen and never sitting under a heat lamp. You can taste the difference, and our regulars are happy to tell you so.

From the boss sauce to the fried deviled eggs, the pimento cheese to the dressings on every salad, it is made in house. The kitchen does the work so the flavor shows up on the plate.

A family place, downtown

You will often find Cody and his family right here, on the patio at lunch or working the floor at dinner. Headrick's is the kind of spot where the staff learns your order and a full room feels like a celebration. Come in for a burger and a cold drink, and stay a while. We saved you a seat.
